The Role:

We are seeking to recruit a professional individual to join our external Recruitment Service Line, who will be based at our offices in Nicosia. Under one of our core Services, Advisory Services, the successful candidate will be a member of the client facing Recruitment team, which is a demanding, high-paced and diverse role.

The Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be assigned numerous duties of the recruitment cycle, which include the recruitment administration, preparation of job postings, actively sourcing of candidates, screening of applications, preparing interviewing plans per open position and updating the Human Resources Information System (database) with applicant and interview data/activities, amongst other.

The Individual:

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • Previous experience in a recruitment role
  • Proficiency in both the Greek and English Languages (verbal and written)
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Resilient and tenacious with a passion for new challenges
  • Report writing skills
  • Service oriented
  • Professionalism
