The role and responsibilities:

We are currently looking for an Advisor to join our People and Change department in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of projects relating to the provision of HR and Recruitment services to clients, in both the public and private sectors.

The individual:

  • A University Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field.
  • Relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both the Greek and English Languages (verbal and written).
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a passion for new challenges.
  • Service oriented.
