The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to join our Academy department in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programs and maintaining communication with both trainers and clients.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Academy team in all training related matters.
  • Preparing and reviewing the Training e-Booklet, newsletter and calendar prior to submitting them for final review to the Academy’s Senior Manager.
  • Updating the Academy’s Trainings on KPMG’s website (internal and external).
  • Managing the Human Resource Development Authority procedures in regards to all trainings.
  • Coordinating, reserving and arranging training rooms, dates and catering for the events.
  • Liaising with the trainers and ensuring that they have scheduled the event in their calendar.
  • Conducting the follow up process, whether calls and/or emails, with all involved parties regarding the trainings.
  • Preparing the trainers’ print outs and the certificates.
  • Coordinating all training matters on the day before the training, on the day of the training and at the end of the training.
  • Reviewing the evaluation results of the trainers and sending the relevant documents to the participants.

The Individual:

  • A University Degree in Media, PR, Marketing, Sales or any other relevant degree will be considered an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Trainings/Events Administration or Office Administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (a basic language test will be administered to possible candidates).
  • Ability to work fast and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Detail oriented and ability to detect errors in the completion of Human Resource Development Authority forms as well as Academy’s marketing material.
  • Should possess "problem analysis" and "problem solving" skills.
  • Professional, polite, smart, committed, flexible, hard-working, calm, confident.
  • People skills and service oriented.
  • Ability to work in harmony and efficiently within a team.
